Hopefully you love everything you purchase with us, however if something does not work out, we’re here to help! If you have any questions please contact us!

Return Guidelines

  • All returns must be returned within 14 days for store credit only.  Sale items, accessories, and shoes are final sale and cannot be returned, all merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.  If items have make up, deodorant, or other stains /odors you will not be given credit back.  If the order is returned past 14 days or does not fit the return guidelines the items will not receive store credit.
  • For defective item claims: contact us within 3 days of delivery date.
  • Store Credit Only: Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of order date.
  • Exchanges: We cannot provide exchanges (or holds), due to limited inventory.
  • If you would like a different size or color, we suggest ordering the new item and returning the original item. A refund for the original item will be issued.
  • All shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns that don’t meet our guidelines will only be returned to buyer at buyer’s shipping expense within 10 days of receiving the product at our warehouse.

You can mail the return through UPS, FedEx, or USPS
